To submit a help desk ticket, you must register into help desk first, if you are already not. Use your NetNeeds username for help desk username aswell, this will enable us to locate your account.
After you register a verification mail is sent to your email address. Please check your mail for this, if not found, check your junk mail folders, still can not find email support@netneeds.co.nz with your username and we will help activating your help desk account.
